It's very difficult to earn everything here in Canada. You need some sort of support. If you get scholarship, which is normally after Bachelor you will get good amount. You can even help your family then after your expenses.

Everyone has to pay taxes. For part time income, depending on the place and university you can earn a good portion of your tuition/living expense. But again its not advisable to completely depend on part time job for costs as it will affect your study.

Depends on where you are going and how much your tuition fees. As I said you can earn around $1000-$1300 monthly with 20 hours per week. Now you can calculate based on your tuition and living expense.
