Idk wtf it is, but this works for me better than any prescription or over the counter medicine ever has at just turning down my mind. Idk how to articulate it. That's the best way i can put it, ASMR seems to just tell my neurons "it's all good" and i actually believe it. I'm a neuroscience student I'm highly invested in the underlying mechanisms at work here. And, i guess, it's like, I'll never be funnier than a cat or a dog just doing it's own thing.... Yep that's my scale. This for some reason is just all the the serotonin.
