Rohan cheated first with Tanya. All 3 were the same time of people, that is what the film is showing that they are all confused about their feelings but as they get older they realise their wrongdoings. Rohan and shanaya were friends for 10 yrs, basically from school and dating mostly because of convenience, when Rohan met Tanya, he stated being intimate with her which lead to Shanaya's insecurity and her eventually being drawn to Abhi, who she saw being in love with her and keeping her earing for a long time.

Exactly. He started it. How can we forget what Rohan did? That was so weird. He disrespected her a lot many times. She lost interest. A good looking guy comes in the picture who loves and respects her more. She starts loving him back and moves on from that toxic relationship. What’s wrong in it? Yes, I agree about the “cheating” thing, she should have broken up with him first but apart from that everything seems fine to me. Shanaya and Abhi deserve each other, they make a really good couple.

This is a movie I just love revisiting once in a while so I'm glad you guys reacted to it! I was 8 when this movie came out. One of the earliest experiences of watching a movie on theatre. I went with my cousin and her friend. Of course I couldnt understand anything back then. I just liked watching it, the cool college life and what not. I could imagine my 8 year old self going "wow, Shanaya's life is so cool. She is liked by 2 hot men. I wanna be her when I grow up." The movie is a high school drama but it reminds me of my childhood and how naive I was. Whenever I listen to 'Ishq Vaala Love', I feel like I am back at the theatre with my cousin in 2012 and watching the movie and imaging my college life. It was nice reliving the experience with you guys. 😄 Also I remember during the kissing scene, I was looking at the my cousin instead of screen coz yk, "It's not appropriate for kids" 😂😂 . AHHH I love this movie.
