Visa process for your family will start after your arrival in the university.. And first time, you have to come alone. At the time of admission, University will provide visa only for you , not for the whole family as you are the student. Once, you'll be here then you'll apply for family visa. Very disappointing… but still it doesn’t mater since main purpose is education and these facilities sufficient enough to live. But not impressive at all.
