Hi,,, not quite possible to say.. Immigration have clearly mentioned, apply 4 months in advance.. if you don’t get any update by early June then must contact immigration for follow up..

I return from newzealand and apply for new student visa. Because i went to nz on December 2023 on student visa for master degree and then apply for VOC for other university with same course. But unfortunately i got visa result after deadline of new university enrolment so it was compulsory for me to return to India and reapply with my current visa for next intake at july. During that time i paid fees at both universities so i felt anxiety and depression. Now what is the chance of interview for me. Please give your suggestions.

Hi your case is little complicated.. I am really sorry but I won’t be able to advise anything. Please contact a good NZ based immigration adviser. They will be able to advise you right thing.. did you not ask second uni to refund you? Generally they refund the money, if you cannot attend college after enrolment.

@@Juni_Rawat i withdraw from first university before deadline and got visa for second university but after deadline of enrolment so they gave me july offer letter and my visa was February. So I return and applied for that with current visa. This is because to avoid visa complications in second time.

i have appled for bachelor of applied managenent( business managenent major) in toi ohomai college. i am 2023 12th CBSE passout with 59.8 percent in commerce, PTE 61. parents both goverment employee annul income 32 lakh. Hey… I don’t see any problem with funds.. if your college accept PTE then it should be ok too. Now, I did not get the reason of your Australian visa refusal. What do you mean by you will not come back to home country?

Hi,,, did you applied same course in last two time? If yes, then what sort of education did you get to be relevant? If not the same course then immigration may raise question about your intension…. Because, you have two refusals in the past, I would suggest you to contact immigration adviser. Do not approach agents. Agents only after your money, they do not care about the outcome of your visa… Sorry cannot advise you more than this, as I am not professional. Good Luck 👍

Hi..did you apply for February intake or July intake? If it’s for July then you still have time. But I would suggest you to contact immigration and ask them that you been waiting for your visa for a long time now… Your funds look fine. Students does get loan from bank, which is normal…

Hi Dear,,, Sorry to hear that… there is no problem to submit new application but you need to understand the reason behind the refusal before applying again. If you are not getting why your visa refused, you can always ask immigration officer to explain why your visa got refused. I would suggest you to consult immigration adviser before you apply again.
