you are not allowed to work more than 120 full days a year as a student no matter what and it has nothing to do with the block amount I just got my fikitionbescheinigung recently it has 120 days flat in the year..and yes I have never seen any place in Germany haha 150 euro me rent milta hai basic renting cost in at least 300 euros a month in shared flat for just one room.

mrinal bro please link a website stating the increase in work hour as per block account amount. According to my research I find that you can only work 20 hr per week equating to 960 hr yearly. if I consider 365 days a year . it has 52 weeks but in your calculation it is 48 weeks.
