This doesn't work every time. Some people would actually get demotivated and lose their self-worth if treated so! Not everyone will think about taking revenge and proving the other person wrong. Also, even if one tries to take revenge and succeeds in that, imagine the hate, agony, anger, dispair and stress they must have been going through, throughout this period. Success at the cost of your peace of mind will not be worth it!
