Students Prepare to be Change Agents in Industry - Smart Learning Factory - Purdue Polytechnic

Industry needs 18 to 24 months to "upskill" typical new employees-but by designing Purdue Polytechnic's Smart Learning Factory to closely match the equipment and processes used in the real world, our aim is for graduates to need far less on-the-job training. We also expose students to forward-looking technologies so that, as graduates, they can be change agents in industry, ready to help companies implement new solutions to their problems.
