Studer Vista 1 - Monitoring

Hi, I have VISTA 1 black, and I use to control my Main monitors with dimmer controlar but today morning sometime happened during morning shift and patch of my main monitor was disconnected, my team able to resolve that issue by re patching but now am not able to dim monitoring levels with the controller, kindly guide me.
