I think that when it comes to apartments, or any home space, what matters more is not how MUCH room you have, but rather how you USE the space given. You apartment is a great example since you utilize everything pretty well and manage to create a stable place for one, or maybe even two people. (By the way, I love your place!)

Hi Mari, Wow!! Nice place. You have more space there than our last accommodation in Victor Harbor last September. The view from your window is far better than we had at our previous house in Sydney, where we could only see the neighbour's brick wall. The way you have everything set out reminds me of a TV station studio, without the newsroom. Well done!! I am guessing the blackboard and chalk travels with you, as otherwise you would need to return to New York to title all your videos. Either that or you knew exactly where you would be in every detail in the future. Hmm! Now that would be awesome. LOL. Incidentally, I have a similar looking cabinet to your white cabinet 6:10 here in the Family Room. Anyway, love your apartment. It looks great. Thanks for sharing the tour. All the best, Robert.

Not a bad space, I've seen worse. This little place is actually very nice. It's so crazy though how much people pay to live deep in cities. For the price you pay to rent for a couple years you could buy a plot of land a bit out of town and build a small cabin and own that forever. For some reason people like to live in crowded city areas though. Not sure why.
