hi friend! good question! it depends on the ingredients! as long as there is fluoride in it - I'm usually good with it! but I always recommend to ask your dental provider about which specific toothpaste is best for your individual mouth. hope this helps!

dental assisting is an amazing career!!! and whoever is shaming should be shamed!!! I loved dental assisting and would have been very happy staying a dental assistant, as well! dental assistants are SO knowledgeable and know so many things that hygienists don't know! wishing you the very best!
