Honestly, instead of selling as seconds, as there is no defect, you should sell them as 1st run. Often 1st runs are slightly different to final runs and eventually are more prized because they are unique. No need to sell yourself short even if you want to tweak the end product a bit more. Sincere condolences to you and your family. I definitely missed your posting over the last couple of weeks. Take care.

My condolences on your loss! On the thickness of the lines, it's possible they buffed them back more than usual and the metal flattened out a bit more than it typically would and that's why they look so thick vs something wrong with the mold for them. I think it's possible to ask they do it a little less hard in the future, if that makes sense? I have a book that explained that process better than I just did but yeah.
