Congrats on getting your first studio vlog up! It'll feel awkward for the first couple of them, but you'll get the hang of it after a while. Everything you made was super adorable!

Don't feel awkward about talking to the camera. Remember you're not talking to yourself or to your phone. You're talking to us! If you need to focus on someone to talk to, you can talk to me. You can just think "Okay, so Star..." And say whatever you want to say to me and then when I watch your video, it completes the cycle. :) You can use anyone you want and talk to them in your head to make it less awkward. Just a little trick that helps some people feel more comfortable talking in public or videos. :D Your videos are very cute. I like the charms you're making so much. I love watching artists work. Voiceovers are also fun and can make a good video but maybe you feel less awkward not talking into the camera some of the time, so that's an option too. Best of luck!

your first vlog came out great! a tip for the mold is to press it in on the table so your fingers don't warp the mold by squeezing, that and if it really annoys you, freezing the mold for 5-15 minutes before you pop it out helps!

thank you for the tip!! i definitely need to make a new master and mold because this one isn't very well made >

I love your phone charms! So cuuute! I added one to my cart on Etsy! How long do they take to make? Looks very tedious but they look amazingly good! I won’t be surprised if you keep making vlogs you’ll gain a big following like other clay makers, so don’t give up! God bless!

awww thank you so much! i would say if i divided the amount of time i take for the entire batch each charm takes around 1~1.5 hours 💖

I make videos too. And just got back into clay (I have to many hobbys) Just wondering what do you use to make your clay the same thickness?
@haikino7 ай бұрын
i also have too many hobbies :') i dont really use anything special to make my clay the same thickness, i just roll it out with one of my round tools. i do keep samples of old sculpts to reference for size and texture though! I hope this helps ^^
