Greeting cards are fun to decorate with stickers (envelope too). Perhaps offering a greeting card bundle with stickers would help move the stock i.e. 3 cards and a matching sheet of stickers to decorate them with.

I would purchase these greeting card and sticker kits for my little grandnieces (ages 6 and 8) to write a sentence (or 2) sentiment(s) and give these decorated cards to a relative, teacher or friend. I’m going to start doing this myself with purchased cards and stickers… Thanks for the suggestion!

i don't buy greeting cards usually because they are too expensive. You buy one for like 5e, then shipping, and then you have to pay more shipping to send it to the person you send it to. But I love buying cards for christmas in bulk. Buying in bulk is the only way I justify the price.

i do thank you cards more than greeting cards, or like blank ones that aren't card type specific and just a cute look or design. but i always buy online in like a packs never just singles unless i'm at a store. maybe do a set of the different holidays and a few more general ones.

Your designs for your greeting cards are definitely not rubbish! They are very cute! I do have to be honest and say that I normally just pop into Walmart or Target and grab a card. Every now and again I go to a local gallery but the big box stores are definitely the first ones that I turn to.

Oh yeah and with the cards thing -- I think someone else mentioned printable cards might be a good solution. I agree with everyone else in that cards are often a spontaneous or procrastinated purchase lol and because of shipping, more people are reluctant to order online. I know for sure, there are times when I wanted one of your cards but I just knew it wouldn't ship from England to the states in time because I procrastinated on it lol. But printable cards would be a great idea and it would be affordable too so you'd probably get a lot more sales.

I buy A6 greeting cards that also function as prints, so the regtangular ones. I will say if its really close to a deadline and you have a bunch of collections comming up. I'd say skip them now so you can also get a head with the next collection. I presonally don't care for new year or valentine so I wouldn't buy either. and valantines is cuting it very close now.

Hi there 😊 I love buying greeting cards. The beautiful ones I’ve been interested in your shop I’ve noticed that they say the same thing on the outside and inside. Personally, I think I’d rather it be blank inside or just have something different written on the inside. That’s not to say they aren’t beautiful to begin with. I love your designs.

I personally buy cards in store bc I need it right away unless it’s like a bundle of Christmas cards or something I know in advance. I sell some greeting cards too and noticed they don’t do well (unless it’s a local sale). I think you could offer more evergreen or bundled cards because seasonal can be hard to sell sometimes at least in my experience. I also agree about the square photos it seems most websites do that and even though Etsy says 4:3 it looks horrible on the app with that ratio!

This was so fun to watch (that flexspot desk, love!). I did want to say, re: greeting cards...I tend to go to like TJ Maxx here in the US, and I bulk buy fancy cards for the year. That way, I have them on hand whenever I need them, and don't tend to buy them off the cuff. I will say, your designs are SOOOOOO cute, so its definitely not a design issue

As A tiny business that sells cards its extremely hard to compete with the over-saturated mass produced cheap as chips market what I have found is I can sell if I simply cover the cost of making so I use a local chap this is a big help as locals want to buy and support local. Also quality and image are big but also relatability to the image. Its do able just takes time dont give it. I started by giving a pack of cards to raffles and small buinsesses to sell you get my name out to locals it might be worth trying. Also have a chat with your local post office do they have a gift shop that as a local you could sell in?

I think most people just buy carda from the shop still because they are so cheap like card factory, some people obviously will buy dearer ones but i think because nearly everyone just throws them away its a tad waste of money. Think thats why you sell them but slow burners....they look fantastic so its not the design
