Why didn't you put markers on the transparent film? That would've made it so much easier!

It's mostly because we didn't when we were learning screen print in undergrad and kind of just continued printing the same way after leaving school. We have added registration markers in some cases but find registering the image to yield pretty much the same result (and we also don't have to trim paper afterwards). Saying that though, it is totally a good system to add registration markers to your stencils for sure.

I really like your set up for screen printing. My screen printing setup is literally an empty room in a basement so I am starting from scratch in a place where I don't have personal transportation and am limited to lumber and funds am I am international. Currently am the caregiver of my daughter so it will be really difficult to say carry a table to our house whilst also pushing a stroller. I wish I could afford your patreon right now. Any advice or help?

Thanks for your comment and your kind words about our shop. Sounds like you are working hard to make printmaking happen in your home, which is awesome, congrats on that! We've never had a truck so we've had our local Home Hardware delivery materials to our shop in order to build. That could help with the materials transportation challenge. I'd love for you to do a tutorial on your color seps, I got back into screen printing recently and that's really the biggest thing I never mastered. Awesome video man

​@@sparkboxstudioyou might've talked about it but was limited on space. Mine is 24x36 but the plans can be modified and are pretty much universal (think the OG plan was for an 18x24 ) but I can email the plan i used when get to my laptop. As far as color seps, just like a short tutorial on your process. The way you have your seps set up seems a lot more intuitive and organized
