I was wondering, could you do a sketch where people have the "disease" of OCD (obsessive compulsive disorder), kind-of like another "The Truth About Running" sketch? People reorganizing books at the library in order of their series number, straightening pictures on walls or items on their shelves in stores; someone (Mallory) talking about how their "sometimes violent withdrawals (snapping at people)" when trying to ignore their "allergic reactions (to put things in their proper order)"; and debate as to how it's treated, and how it's "contracted (hereditary, or if you're born with it in your personality or physical makeup)."
