@@michaelchristopher1426 Spoilers ahead for the yt chanel After they recaptured eren we see mikasa being taken care of and eren caring about her (because her rips got crushed trying to save him) and how erwin nearly breaksdown on the wall because of blood loss and historia having a mental breakdown about ymir leaving her and going with reiner and berthold. The ymir flashback also wasn‘t in this arc it was after rts when historia reads ymirs letter but against that I have no problem being in this arc. But sone things added are quite unnecessary like the flashback in 2x8 with hannes and kid eren etc. fighting and in the ymir historia snowy montains flashback how they gave eren and the other more screentime even though they had nothingto do in the flashback and it was about ymir and historia I just wished they would have kept the whole wall scene after ernes recapture but they cut it all

I remember reading this part in the manga. The chapter ended this exact same way -- colossal titan's gaping mouth ominously falling into the camera. The 4-week wait for the next chapter was absolute torture.

2:51 I've noticed that some subtitles are a bit off. Here, instead of thinking that, Mikasa actually regrets having hesitated. She hesitated in killing the ones who had been her friends up until this point. That's why she failed to cut their heads off, not because she didn't do it right. I felt it was worth mentioning since this little detail gives a totally different context to what actually happened.

At the end of the last episode, they were worried that the Armored and Colossal titans were going to kill all of them after they transformed. Then in this one, they're questioning how can Eren possibly beat the Armored titan; he's easily outmatched. Now Eren remembers to use his MMA training against a much larger and stronger opponent. It was a neat surprise as we're never shown any of those techniques during the cadet training during season 1.
