​@@_luvoHonestly, I don’t understand people who call Eren a criminal. I feel like I didn’t watch the same thing they did. He attacked Marley at the exact moment Tybur declared war on Paradis. So what, Eren and the others were supposed to wait until the entire world attacked them first before fighting back? I mean, they wanted to resolve things peacefully, but the rest of the world didn’t. Even Tybur, who knew it was King Reiss who voluntarily stopped what the Eldians were doing to Marley, still called them demons. Plus, it was Marley who started it by sending their Titans to retrieve the Founding Titan so they could attack Paradis and wipe them out. And when Eren protects his friends, suddenly he’s the bad guy? The entire world was going to attack them-it’s not like he acted without reason; he just struck first.

To be honest, if there was ever someone I knew who didn't like Anime, Attack on Titan is 100% what I'd show them. It's absolute peak in terms of story/world building and it doesn't do a lot of typical Anime tropes.

⁠@@Rackstack234 nothing against it, I actually watched a few other Anime series or smaller projects before aot, but it’s pointless to wait and watch different stuff if you want to watch a great story like this I think.. (important to say that I was kinda hesitant to start anything longer after the fail that was that Naruto finale Kaguya bs 😅) Why watch anything inferior when you have this gold on your waiting list? It’s not about watching anime, it’s about watching a good story, no matter which platform tells it, but that’s the problem of both anime haters and total weebs. One doesn’t watch it for stupid reasons and the other one rarely watches anything else for another set of the same kind of stupid reasons 😅

Also, if you want a great starter anime that’s basically a great story for everyone (lifetime anime haters probably included) then I can recommend Dororo (2019) nothing came closer to a 10/10 story as this one did (at least in animated series that I know of)

My favourite throughout this entire journey was seeing Cannon and Carter grow attached to the characters of the show, the raw emotion that was shown (especially when they thought Armen was dead) for two guys that where dead set on hating anime, to shedding tears during the show! Honestly, my favorite part of this entire series was during season 1 when Cannon and Carter weren't prepared for the amount of gore and blood shown in this show. Their faces of pure shock, disbelief, and disgust gets me every time 😂 I knew when I saw them reacting like that to the first few episodes of the show, that this would be an amazing react channel. Just realized, if Mikasa was the one to free Ymir, then Ymir wasn't freed when she chose Eren. That means she was still obeying King Fritz and saw Zeke as a royalblooded traitor because he wanted to exterminate Eldia, while Eren wanted to preserve Eldia by exterminating the world which is what King Fritz would have wanted. I've only recently started and finished AOT and watched your reaction videos immediately after. It really has been one hell of a journey for all of us. It was so fun watching the first-timers experience all this as well as grinning along with everbody else who already knew what was going on. Not gonna lie though, even now, I still teared up rewatching a lot of these scenes (especially at the end)... Well there is evidence kinda In Eren's dreams under the tree you can see the titan grabbing eren's mom, and after eating grisha you can see the key and the injection, this hints so much at time travel or seeing the future For the clossal and armoured titans to be someone we know makes sense for story purposes 😅 also so it doesn't feel out of blue when they reveal their identity, besides Erwin's question about "who's the real enemy" (humans or titans) however the clossal titan being grisha is just pure speculations

@ The only evidence can be explained as a coincidence though. A weird coincidence, but a coincidence nonetheless. A dream coming true is possible even when we think it's impossible, even IRL (to an extent). If you dream of getting hit by lightning, then get hit by lightning, it's a coincidence. Imagine being an indigenous American person in like ~1500 and dreaming of a huge boat, then such a huge boat appears, it's also a coincidence. Saying things like "it's a story" doesn't make sense in-universe and shouldn't be used to explain things unless nothing else makes sense. The key and the injection are memories that he inherited from his father though, just like Armin inherited Bertholdt's feelings for Annie. For the two other titans, it makes sense that they were people within the walls based on the frequency of their attacks, but not necessarily someone we knew/were following. If they were only from outside, they wouldn't have stopped after just one wall. They would've went all the way, breaking all 3 walls. Stopping after one meant that they were either doing recon somewhere or that breaking the 1st wall was the only objective, which would be unlikely. It could've been anybody from the MPs, garrison, or even a random group that came out of nowhere like Kenny's. It's purely for story purposes that it was specifically Reiner and Bertholdt (as in the story would be different if it hadn't been them).
