(My opinion on why) Mostly because it starts out like every other fantasy, low ranked swordsman anime that creates a harem. And is really lackluster. Untill suddenly the twist where they rid of a lot of that harem stuff and actually becomes different from the normal. Kinda like Re:zero, Konosuba, Overlord etc. set themself apart from the standard Isekai anime. Although rakudai kishi no cavalry set themself apart quite late for your average viewers (ep 5 I believe?)

I may only say that, because I think I understand these characters, but the Story gets really amazing later on. I recently bought the first 4 volumes from the Sol Press Shop. Now I only have to wait for them to Shop it from California in the US to Germany. I'm probably in for a long wait. But I have no other way to get these books and I really want to read them.

The man may be crazy, but damn he can sing. There is not a single channel in KZbin who made any covers for this show. If you don't know the Show, go watch it. Agreed as it did set it up for a second season and there have been some unofficial rumours that it might release in 2021 but due to the virus and them potentially moving on from producing the season its unlikely. Also from past experiences second seasons like sequels to movies can ruin the thing

I love that this song has such an opposite tone to Katharsis. In Kath the person is stuck, confused, burning and wants the rain to heal his wounds. Afraid of going forward and trying to atone for his sins. Here the lyrics are about breaking out and using that inner heat to rise above and soar to his future.
