Congratulations on both your admission and your pregnancy. Although I am a mother, I cannot tell you whether or not your pregnancy will affect your studies because each pregnancy is different. What I can say is that combining studies and pregnancy 🤰 won’t be easy but it’s still possible. The choice is yours

Do you have family in Belgium that can help you during the pregnancy while you study? If yes discuss this with your family, no one outside you or your family and close friends can help you in this situation. It depends entirely on you. You could be lucky and it’s a hitch free pregnancy but who knows?
