Should student pay UC tuition or tuition at institution where they participate in study abroad program? I appreciate it if I could get an answer. I emailed the department several months ago and havent got a respond yet🙊

Usually during the school year you still pay some tuition to berkeley if you’re going through a Program like UCEAP or a program that’s connected to your UC. Sarah studied abroad during the summer using a private study abroad program, so she only paid for the tuition at the university abroad. Hope that helps!

Hell Rachel, I love your channel but have a request?. Do you know anything about the Re-entry program at UC Berkeley?, if you do, could you pls do a video on that cuz it doesn’t seems to be enough info about that in here ..thanks

Hi Mohamed! Do you have any specific questions regarding being a re-entry student? The Re-entry program also has a website which you may find helpful - reentry.berkeley.edu/.

@@rachel_lin Yes I’d like to know what are the requirements for getting accepted as a re-entry student and if they’re the same ones like everybody else. They don’t seem to have it in the website

@@modafalla I agree, there doesn't seem to be much information online! I think you would follow the regular requirements that "incoming freshman" would need to fulfill in order to apply if you have finished high school or the high school equivalent. If you have taken community college courses, then I think you would fall under the "transfer student" requirements. Check out this site, they are offering peer advising for prospective re-entry students, which they will start back up again in Fall 2021 - reentry.berkeley.edu/virtual-drop-ins-and-appointments.
