Dai thank you for your information. I am also applying in Thomas More University of Applied Sciences in Bachelor program for September 2024 intake. And I have already received an offer letter. I have some queries regarding this. Hope you will reply as soon as possible. 1. Thomas more is a private university and what is the chances of getting visa in private university? 2. Would you not mind to tell me about health insurance please, how much and from where I can do it? 3. About medical do we need to directly go to Canadian consulate after taking appointment or 1st we need to do medical check up in hospital and after that with certificate need to go to Canadian consulate for attestation? Can you make me clear regarding this? 4. After preparing all the documents, 1st do we need to take appointment date in an embassy or need to book VFS date in New Delhi, where should we visit with documents in VFS or in the Embassy? 5. Also, according to my research I have found that spouse is also eligible to apply together, can you clarify regarding this, applying together may risk the visa or not? Hope for your quick response dai. I am preparing my financial part which is almost ready. Need a quick access.

KU LUEVEN is one of the most difficult universities in Belgium. You need to study Day and Night even to pass the exams. It's world ranking is 45. If average students then don't apply. I have seen almost 80 percent of students take transfer in lower quality universities after the first year. Their even BBA is very difficult to pass. Students those thinking of work study while studying at KU Leuven is just impossible. Regarding accommodation 500 Euro per month in Brussels cause Brussels is very expensive city. KU Leuven filter out students in first year as their exams are very tough. Tuition fees are subsidized by Govt so it's cheap. So, request to research carefully. It's high quality and high ranking University. Belgium tax rate is very high I.e. if you earn 5000 the you pay 2500 tax. Remember BBA is not easy to pass. They have high Mathematics requirements in every subjects as this Uni is research oriented. You need Ielts and SAT requirement to apply. You get one year PSW after your study where you need to find job. Getting job is one of the most difficult part due to Language barrier as you should be proficient either in Dutch or French otherwise very difficult to get job. While in BBA you need to study 3 languages I.e. English, French. Spanish So altogether 8 to 9 subjects in one semester. There are other less quality university like Odisee where you can pass easily. Ku Leuven graduation rate is just 20 percent only. I.e. just 20 percent students pass BBA in three years, so very tough, you should be very hardworking.
