Hello I got obligation letter 2 months after my school terminated my admission because I was late can I Use it for another in September or I have to wait till I get a new school before my brother apply for a new one for me .

The obligation letter is valid for 5 years. But since it has the name of your university on it and the date its validity starts, I'm sure you have to get a new one. Thank you so much

You’re taking a formal obligation letter I guess. It’s a requirement so you can only overcome it by fulfilling it. But u can write me an email if u need more help on it.

It depends the city that your relative is in. Some cities process it very fast because there are few people applying whiles others take longer times.
