Hi, I'm a student from India who recently achieved an IELTS band score of 7. I'm considering the University of Auckland for a Bachelor's in Advanced Science, with a major in Computer Science. I have a few inquiries and would appreciate your thoughts: 1. **Quality of Education and Treatment of International Students:** - What is the quality of education at the University of Auckland? - How are international students treated in terms of support and resources? 2. **Economy and Job Opportunities:** - What is the current economic situation like in Auckland? - Are there sufficient job opportunities for students, particularly in the field of computer science? - Can I expect to cover my living expenses with the income from available jobs? 3. **Visa Application Process:** - Could you share the experience with the visa application process for studying in New Zealand? - What are the do's and don'ts during the application process, especially regarding documentation? 4. **Residency Status Acquisition Process:** - What is the process for obtaining residency status in New Zealand? Thank you in advance for your responses! Your insights are greatly appreciated. Best regards.

Sorry for late reply, The University of Auckland is renowned for its good education, particularly in the field of Computer Science. AKL has a growing tech sector, you should have good funds to show and university admission letter, INZ will not have any issues, after course check with Uni what is post-study work visa for u, and work for 2 years in same field of your study, NZ will make you Damad (son in law). I guess i have answered all your queries!

I completed my bachelor's and master's degree in social work. Now I want to do a second masters in NZ. But master's degree fees are so expensive. In this situation can I do a Post Graduate Diploma in Social work? Is this a good option in terms of job and pr prospect? Please advise me.
@humansofnewzealand13 күн бұрын
Social work is a profession in demand in New Zealand, often listed on the Green List (Long-Term Skill Shortage List), which makes the pathway to PR easier. • After completing your Postgraduate Diploma, you can apply for a Post-Study Work Visa (up to 3 years), which allows you to gain relevant work experience. • Having work experience in social work, especially in areas of high demand, can significantly enhance your chances of obtaining PR through the Skilled Migrant Category.
