IELTS n TOEFL is done when you are travelling to a commonwealth super power/ English speaking super powers that had or still have British Allegiance n honor the queen...eg AU, NZ, UK ( Canada you have to do French since its French colony) US not

Information Update: For NTNU, they do not require English proficiency test if you have a bachelor degree where the language of instruction is English from the following countries: Botswana, Ethiopia, the Philippines, Jamaica, Gambia, Ghana, Cameroon, Kenya, Liberia, Malawi, Namibia, Nigeria, Sierra Leone, Swaziland, South Africa, Tanzania, Trinidad and Tobago, Uganda, Zambia, Zimbabwe. There are also additional exemptions. Please check the links for all the schools (this can be found in the description box) to all the information pertaining to the school and their requirements.
