I would like to ask which school is easier to apply to, what I mean is which school has the low requirement to apply for undergraduate (I have IELTS of 7.5 is it useful?) Academic one

IELTS of 7.5 is pretty high. I would look into lower ranked national universities like Kangwon National University, Pukyong National University, etc. There are Proficiency based scholarships which you can see some of it here: globalscholarships.com/scholarship-search/?query=language
