AOA Sayyar bhai, I need a little bit of guidance from you, as you did you PhD in spain and whenever you are free pls guide me regarding this issue. I have applied for the predoctoral contract scholarship at University of Valladolid (UVa) in spain. The final results will be published later this month and i am pretty sure i will get this scholarship. If i get selected i will have to formalize my predoctoral contract witn UVa and i will also have to Preregister or Preenroll in a doctoral program at UVa, my question is during this phase do I have to upload the legalized and translated documents or I can just upload the simple ones (with out legalization) in soft form, and later during my processing of visa I will legalize and tranlate the documents and when I will reach in UVa, i will provide the university all the legalized and translated documents in hardform. I was reading on the webiste of UVa that if you are from outside of EHEA (europe) than you will have to submit legalized and tranlated documents during preregistration or preenrollment. The problem about which i am worried is that the time they will provide me for the acceptance of contract as well as for preregistration will be i believe two or three weeks max, and if they ask for legalize and translated documents in soft form than i won't have enough time to do the legalization and i may lose the contract so what should i do now in your opinion ?, I am 90% sure I will get the contract but still its not confirm. Should I do the legalization and translation in advance? In URV (Rovira virgill uni), Girona or other catalonian universities, the process is bit simple, during the contract acceptance and preregistration we only have to upload documents in simple form (with out legalization) and when some on reach will reach let say URV then he will have to present the legalized and translated documents in hardfrom. And in other universities like malaga, madrid, basque country, the procoess is bit complicated and similar to valladolid as I mentioned above they need legalized and translated documents during preregistration for admission. According to Checklist: For beneficiaries of a scholarship: documentary evidence of the amount of the scholarship they have been awarded and details of the covered expenses. So if it is fully funded and you receive monthly stipend then you have to submit scholarship letter and details instead of bank statement!
