Study Interval Music 25min 5min Pomodoro Snow Sounds Coding
Helpful for those with ADHD and trouble focusing
Enjoy 4 rounds of productivity with 25 minutes dedicated to having focus followed by a 5 minute break (pomodoro technique). If you complete the entire video then you will have done 100 minutes worth of productivity. While listening to the white noise during the 25 minutes put away your phone, toys, and any other distractions. Really try to focus in during that time. When the timer is done spend the next 5 minutes doing whatever you want. Whether that is a bathroom break, checking your phone, etc. go enjoy it and do not do any extra work. By completing this entire video you will see how much better you are able to be productive with you time by incorporating smaller breaks during larger chunks for productivity. I hope this helps!

I do round about 4 pomodoro 25/5 sessions a day (equals round about 8 hours) in my week (I study biology) - in my first session-breaks (in the morning) I make myself a coffee and eat breakfast, bananas and stuff in the second Pomodoro-break I often shower, eat a little bit, make myself ready in the third I do cleaning OR do a little exercise (like 15min-workouts - It depends on whether I have sore muscles or not) :) in the fourth I do cleaning again and eat :D

I asked myself "What? So fast 25 minutes?" hahaha. And then I look outside my window and I see people fooling around :) haha. I dont feel alone while working :) Take care!

I like the sounds and the snow falling. I wish there was some kind of a timer for when the break begins. Sometimes I am so focused I miss the fact that the sound simply stops when it is break time.
