There are new rules regarding English language proficiency. Due to new legislation, RSU English test is no longer offered. On another hand, students can submit other certificates, including IELTS, TOEFL, Pearson PTE Academic, British GCE A Levels or even Duolingo. Hello, if you mean for RSU, Mathematics is obligatory subject for them.

Hello, you can submit incomplete application, but you will get final acceptance letter only once you get high school diploma

Hello, Mathematics is required for admission. Also I would like to inform you that deadline for September admission is already over, so you can apply only for February admission
