It might be because you have something that's bothering you for example if you can achieve your/your parents expectations or not don't think about the future possibilities. For now start with the least (like study for at least 2-3 hours a. Day with break with the subject you like the most) and if you are comparing yourself with someone then stop sis/bro because you have your own speed of catching up with studies don't think about Ppl who complete their syllabus before you ( ps I'm a pre med student who faced the same problem)
