hi! i really loved your video. wanted to suggest you to use brighter lights instead of a lamp because it will put pressure on your eyes and as someone who is practically blind without my specs, id suggest you to just brighter lights in order to not get tired easily and eliminate the cozy environment+ good for your eyes
