Hi guys! Welcome to my channel! This is my very first youtube video. In this vlog, you'll get to see how I create a puppy figurine. I'm creating other animal figurines as well, let me know if you'd like to see more~ Enjoy!

Cold porcelain clay aka Air dry clay recipe:
1 cup Corn starch
1 cup PVA white glue
2 tbsp vinegar
2 tbsp any oil ( I use hair oil / baby oil)
Mix well and heat the mixture in microwave at 15 seconds each time, until it's sticky. Stir well between each interval! I heat around 3-4 times. Then, knead to form a clay like consistency. (Be careful of the heat!)

What are your tips to stop the clay from cracking?

Hello, I was wondering if you ever had a problem when drying your clay where the bottom side would cave up creating a dimple? I've had this problem but I don't know what's causing it because only the bottom side or the sides that at some point was the bottom part (if you flip the clay while drying it) had this problem

Hello, I do encounter the same problem! I am not 100% sure of the answer, but I think this will help: 1, In the process of making the figurines, place them on baking paper/ cling wrap, so the bottom would not stick on your table. 2, To dry the clay, take a container and put soft fabric in and a piece of cling wrap on top, you can also use silk fabric (tips from @ sugarcafecharms) and put your clay figurines on it to let them dry thoroughly in one go, without ruining their shapes. One time I let my figurines sit on table air dry, the inner parts and outer surfaces are all dried fine, except the bottom are still moist, and later it cave up and created a crease like you stated. Hope this helps!
