in this video, i take you through the week leading up to my most important exam this year. if you're new to my channel, i am a 2nd year pharmacy school student and i had to retake a course this semester. it has been a mentally and emotionally challenging experience (not pictured in this vlog) to say the least but, as we near the exam date, i feel more comfortable being candid about my situation since i believe it may resonate with the people who watch my videos. we're all just trying to do our best on these assessments and i hope they go our way ❤️🧿 and even if they dont, its not the end of the world -- trust me

If you feel soo tired ask yourself why….where does your energy go to throughout the day. Also are you tired or are you burnt out? Cause if your burnt out you need to unwind and then find a way to get back into the process of studying while somehow enjoying it. But if you feel tired and you dont do too much throughout the day then maybe you should get yourself checked cause I remember during the beginning of the semester I would feel tired easily and I blamed myself a lot for it but turns out I had low iron😢….so yh after I started taking iron supplements gurrrrllllllll everything changed. My energy levels were better and I didn't always feel sleepy. Yhhhhhhh that my little nugget of advice❤
