i hope to share a slightly different perspective on uni, studying and productivity with you today.
whilst we all want to be productive, it is important to take care of ourselves, manage stress (to prevent burnout) & allow ourselves to relax and spend time with friends and family.
in this second study vlog, i take you with me to uni, study lots, share some study and organisation tips, as well as share some realistic moments where i feel exhausted, watch tv, hang out with my friends and relax (which we should never feel guilty about doing!).
i like to remind myself: uni is only ONE small part of your life so don’t forget to prioritise the other important parts of your life too (yourself, friends, family etc.).
