The format is very similar to the ADHD Couples Pomodoro timers. I absolutely love theirs. Excited to try out yours as well. I use these videos to help while i am working. I typically stream videos on Discord with Friends.

Yep! It's similar as we both follow the same pompdoro concept: prep time, focus, rest, and repeat. I've to admit the layouts are similar too now that see theirs 😅 I'll see how I can differ and improve! But thank you so much for enjoying my videos too!

Immediate positive comment for starting with 10 minutes prep! Even when I've convinced myself to focus, the first few minutes always feel like I'm still getting ready so by the first break I already feel behind.

Thank you so much! 😊 I often get distracted before I even start my study session so I found that having a timer just for getting prepared helps me focus better and also feel less pressured to hve everything ready right the start :D

Writing this while on one of my breaks. I just did some stretching after working for 30 minutes. I'm working on an animation for my Christmas present to my family, hoping to get permission to continue the project the animation is on. I started animating yesterday, and got little done, and was worried about getting it done today. However, even though I only got 22 frames done yesterday, I've done 28 already today. I only have 21 more to go, so I definitely can get it done. Some of the frames for today were done before using the timer, but I feel better using the timer. I'll update if I get permission to continue the project, although I doubt I will.

I have never seen a video with prep time i didnt know how much i needed it... cause without prep time i usually take an hour to prepare wasting time in the name of "i will start just getting ready" and by the time it hits me i am already feeling behind of the plans i had and then i have the tendency to overthing so... it just feels like all day wasted i think tho i hope you add some 3 - 5 seconds beeps when timer ends usually sound of bells belnd into music and i didnt realise

Hi! It's basically layers and layers of the numbers changing. You can technically use anything to create this, even with paper and pencil. ☺️ I hope this helps
