Join SFU Beedie honours student Kim in a 2-hour, hyper-focused study session. We use the Pomodoro Technique in which we:
➔ Study hard for 25 minutes straight
➔ Take a 5-minute break
➔ Repeat

I absolutely love the pomodoro method . For someone with chronic procrastination tendencies and a limited attention span during exams, this is working very well for me.

Until recently, I constantly procrastinated avoiding my college responsibilities. Since I discovered these kinds of videos I have been able to reverse the situation slowly and progressively. Of all the ones I looked at, this is certainly my favorite. Without music, with controlled ambient noise and a timer that only appears when it sounds, avoiding possible distracting speculations. I was very exhausted from the Day's hard work & wasn't feeling like studying & was feeling lonely. But something struck my head & i started looking for a study mate on KZbin & I'm glad i chose this video.
