지난 뽀모도로 공부법 이후, 더욱 정확하게 규칙에 따라 시도해 보고 싶은 생각이 들어 실제 타이머를 활용하여 뽀모도로 공부법의 규칙에 따라 함께 공부해 볼 수 있는 Study with me 영상을 촬영 하여 보았습니다 : )
이번 영상에서는 평소에 즐겨사용하는 우드윅 캔들, 캔들 라이트를을 놓고 촬영 해 보았는데요, 은은한 향과 부드러운 빛, Woodwick asmr이 마음을 편안하게 해 주어 집중하는데에 도움을 주는 것 같습니다.

집중력 강화를 도와준다는 뽀모도로 공부법은 집중이 필요할 때, 25분 동안 집중하여 공부하고 이후 5분은 자유롭게 휴식하는 것을 반복하는 기법인데요,
한 번에 4세트씩 하루에 총 8세트를 반복하는 것이 적절하다고 합니다.
단, 4세트를 진행 한 뒤에는 긴 휴식이 필요하니 꼭 기억하세요 : )

이번 영상에서는 25분 집중, 5분 휴식 총 3세트가 진행됩니다.
조금 더 가볍게 공부하고자 할 때에는 1번, 혹은 2번 반복하시고,
조금 더 무겁게 공부하고자 할 때에는 3번 정도 반복하시면 좋을 것 같습니다.
