Hello, fellow viewer. You either already consume this type of content and came here to achieve more concentration and focus on your activities, or you're a newcomer/first timer. If the latter is the case, just stop scrolling comments and read this short cliche: Put your phone in do not disturb mode, close your social media/messaging apps in the computer, and listen to this video in silence and with closed eyes for a bit. Allow yourself to wind down from the anxiety of "I have to finish this" or "I need to advance" and let your mind rearrange for once. Then, while still listening, you can check what you have to do and write some small milestones (like breaking a task into smaller tasks) and start to go after every single one of it. It could take some minutes, it could take hours, maybe you'll need to finish tomorrow or do some overtime today. Invariably you are going to achieve it. Just don't stop doing and don't think this video is the only thing that can help you to focus. It definitely helps, but you need to develop the habit of doing things and even more the habit of finishing things. You'll see what I'm talking about. P.S.: drink water, stretch each hour or two, take some 5-10 min breaks, don't drink too much coffee and leave your cig/maryjay for later as a prize for you effort and consistency. Cheers! I use this and other frequencies for both studying and meditation. I'm not sure what it is about this music. It opens up the mind to not just see, but feel what is around you. call it prayer, mediation, contemplation or whatever else you feel it is. The radiation that you get from it is what I believe to be the essence of life & energy itself. I'm not religious at all, although I've found a spiritual awakening from these types of sounds. There is much we don't know yet as humans but one day I believe we will find what is that truth. Stay humble and keep your temple intact. Much love to everyone here & best wishes my friends.

I use this sound in my headphones to induce a state of connectedness to Source. I sit in a standard meditation posture and start focusing on my chakras. I start with the bottom, acknowledging that I am safe, fed, and secure. Then work my way up the stack reminding myself of the wholeness I want in each of these points until I reach the crown chakra. That's where I feel the presence of God, or Source, or the Christ Spirit, or whatever. I feel energized and whole after sitting for just 15 minutes.

This worked for me and was extremely helpful, thanks for uploading this video. NOW.. this is my GIFT to you and anyone reading this.. These suggestions have made me the person I am today. So take one or two or all of them and transform yourself to a super being. Thank me later. I personally did and do everything listed below and I got massive results. 1. Write out a statement of your Short Term Goal AND your Chief Aim/Main Goal... on a "goal card" or paper. 2. Write it out 50 times a day for 30 days preferably around the same time each day. After the 30 days, you go back and write it out ONCE a day. This is your compass in life. 3. Set your phone alarm to go off every 3 hours (to disrupt your daily routine) and when it goes off write down your statement and then close your eyes and see yourself with your goal for 2 mins. 4. Record your statement in your voice on a voice recorder on your phone, and play it back to yourself on loop while you sleep and as often as you can daily, example... in the shower or when you are using the rest room. 5. Find an accountability partner. If you cannot find someone, then you MUST write out your statement DAILY. By doing this you make yourself accountable to YOURSELF. 6. Find a community or FB group/group chat, etc and from that community form a Mastermind with one or two people who have studied from REAL Mentors and are giving VALUE. There is a "Law of Giving" and many people are using it. Andrew Carnegie told Napoleon Hill this back in the early 1900s. Its a LAW and it works. Its what I am doing with this post. 7. Auto-Suggest (Think and Grow Rich Chapter 4) to yourself in front of the mirror in the bathroom at least twice a day. Look directly INTO your eyes OR one eye and recite your WRITTEN statement. Then splash cold water on your face. This sudden shock seals the thought into the subconscious due to emotional and physical shock from the cold water. 8. Write out ten "I AM" statements a day. example. I AM happy, I AM more confident. Use the word MORE; implying you already have it, but want more. You trick the brain. 9. Write out 5 things you HAVE that you are grateful for and 5 things that you are grateful for that are coming to you. Mix up the list one after the other. 10. When in public tell people you see that you love them in your mind. Simply say "I LOVE YOU" to them as you pass them, especially when driving, because their subconscious hears and FEELS the intention. Say it to about 10 to 15 people daily. This increases your Good Karma. It might seem like a lot. But it took me less than two weeks to incorporate the list into my life and 35 days later I started getting massive results. Our suggestion would be to wear headphones at the lowest possible volume that you can while still enjoying the music. Make sure to take consistent breaks while listening (approx 5 mins break every 30/40 mins) as the tracks can be intense. Also after a study session we recommend a wind down as your brain can become extremely active and may cause sleep issues. Try some Alpha waves to calm down or Delta waves for sleep. There are lots of these on YT but we will be releasing some soon. I hope this helps, good luck.

Hey. That can happen to some people. Different frequencies have varying effects depending on your brain chemistry. Try using one of our Beta or even Alpha tracks. They could be better for you

is it true that you should always listen to this with headphones? when i see binaural beats i think back to when i heard that you need to listen with headphones. but im trying to clean house! i need music for my speakers. just curious if it really makes a difference. thanks!

For me personally I try to set it as loud as possible without letting it distract me from my reading/learning, prob the best tip I can give you is use to use a headset, over ear headset if possible for the best experience. Hope this helps, have a wonderful day!

Hey Khaled. If you can go with noise cancelling headphones that's the best way. Having it as low as you can is always better for your ears. But you still want to block out any distracting noises. Try and work in a quiet place (but it's not always possible)

Hi Dia! Thanks for being with us! Yes that might be the music. Beta and Gamma are high frequency wave ranges designed to keep you up. It Is really important to: 1. Take a break every so often. (Check out our new pomodoro timer video) 2. Wind down your brain after a session. Listen to Alpha waves for about 20-30 minutes after a study session (check our playlist). You can also give Delta waves a go just before bed time (again about 20-30 minutes) Give this a go and report back. I would love to know of it works for you!
