kuchh partner working hote hai , kuchh dormant iss karan salary dena hota hai par salary dena compulsory nhi hota hai , agar partnership deed me likha hota hai tbhi dena hota hai

If you will pay profit then it will be taxable in the hands of partner. It is not compulsory to pay salary to partners.
