Depositing cash in bank is accepting of cash only. Penalty is being levied to encourage digital payment and discourage cash.

Sir 269 St is for receipt of 2 lakh in cash but is it applicable to all receipts like advance receipt for sale of land in cash ,commission interest,rent for 2 lakh?and other all receipts whether related to business or not anything received in cash more than 2 lakh will 269 st applicable ?
