sir what if the shop has a individual rpan and gst no is taken using that pan in that case the gst no would not change on transferring the business to personal representative

Since purchase means here the construction has been completed and obtained COC so it will fall under immovable property therefore it will not be considered as supply.

If customer has paid some amount to builder before completion of building, then customer is liable to pay GST on full amount of flat. Am i right?
