Okie so lemme break it down really simply. Your brain and you are diff, counciousness is you and unconsciousness is your brain. Now for example you got off a really booring ass lecture and decided to take a break, you play bgmi that is intresting, much much intresting than studying. Your brain will keep seeking those intrest more than the booring work you're doing. Your work isn't intresting and not giving any stimuli to brain so it'll swift to where it'll get those stimuli. To avoid this, don't play bgmi, I have a clock on my table I just stare at it till I get boor out of my mind and even studying feel more intresting. This is the secret to FLOW STATE.
