Maam ap ye btyea ki plaintiff ke favour me decree h toh Defendant ka set aside ka notice Plaintiff ko Q serve keya jaega..eske piche reason ky h.. A- plaintiff ko knowledge ho ki suit completely dispose off nhi hua h B- ya kuch or karan hota h eske piche.. Plzz maam esko btyea..
