Conditions for sec 10 - Two suits - matter in issue must be same - same party and representative - previous suit must be pending - court in which previous suit must have jurisdiction to grant the relief claimed - parties must be litigating under the same title in both the suits

Imp points of sec 10 - sec 10 only bars the trial abd not the institution of suit - court cannot dismiss a suit under this section, it can only postpone rhe reial - high court has the power to stay a suit pending in a subordinate court else it's barred - appeal cannot be files if a suit is stayes - any decree in contravention would not be. Null

Interpretation of statute 3. International human rights 4. Income tax law 5. Administrative law SHABBA khair......
