I'm also a medical student and I can say it's a whole new level. I finished Nursing and Medicine is in a whole new universe. I love how you find ways to get still cook, eat and rest because it's really hard to do. Especially with everything online on must countries now. The load is literally a lot. Please do take care of yourself. Don't overdo stuff because it does affect the health.

I went to architecture school. We might not made notes as much as you but the long hours of no sleep was definitely real.. usually during finals I didnt sleep for 48 hours...the clip after exams you showed me is so relatable...I always ended going somewhere nice (not always nature but you get the point) and I would recommend you to do that after every exhausting hours. It help tremendously. I wish you good luck on your exams and studies, hope you get 100% well as soon as possible

At 15:12 I felt that as I too get exhausted when I study. It’s even more exhausting when you don’t get a break and have to study again. It’s okay Dia if you wear the same clothes. I usually question whether I should spend more time finding clothes or use that time in eating or sleeping 😅 hang in there fellow future doctor! Stay safe and be happy ❤️

My tip is never study late, study when its around 5am-7am because our brain is processing faster when its fresh☺️ cause at night you and your brain are exhausted and is just putting temporary information that is easily forgotten

But also studying at night is good for you if its your study habit, because your brain is set in that specific time, and if you have a better focus at night go for it as long as you get enough rest, and less stress (which is PRETTY HARD TO MANAGE AAAAAA) and always rest in between studying, like 30mins studying 5 mins break and back to studying, really depends on study habits and personal schedule, have a great day ☺️
