GRACE! Please read my comment !!!! Bunnies can die of loneliness! When i went to adopt mine they told me that it is much more preferable for me to bring home 2 bunnies instead of only 1. They need a companion to be happy and fulfilled. Please if you are capable, bring another bunny home! They survive in pairs, not like cats, cats have jo problem staying alone. My bunny was so depressed before i brought home another. They are so happy together now

I can vouch for this! I had two bunnies and when one passed away, the other stopped eating and the vet concluded that she was dying of loneliness.

Coming from someone who has the worst testing anxiety, I believe you will do so much better on the bar this time around because you have less stress. I remember you moved on the day you took the bar & I couldn’t believe you were doing it all at the same time. I’d also like to encourage you to spend some time focusing on yourself & lowering your stress levels this time around. I have a family friend who took the bar, failed & then the only thing she did different to prepare for the next time was doing yoga. The next time around she did SO much better. I’m rooting so so hard for you. I love you & best wishes!!

Do not choose to get any pet just because you are an animal lover and think they are cute. Every exotic pet comes with its own specific needs. Rabbits are extremely social creatures and should be housed with another rabbit, often in a bonded pair. (This is a special process and not all bonding socializations work out!) They needed varied, specific diets and large habitats with built-in safety features! They also need a ton of health requirements--spay/neutering, dental checkups, vaccines--all of which should be done ideally by an exotic vet. If you're frustrated with breakouts I'd suggest getting some retinol! It's amazing for acne (and anti-aging) and it worked for me when nothing else did. Just make sure that you start with a low percentage, keep your skin hydrated, stay consistent, and buy from a reputable brand.

When I was studying, I read every sample essay in the Barbri essay book, and compiled an outline with all the rules that they tested (I copied them verbatim). My study partners and I took those outlines and just memorized the rules that kept showing up over and over again in the essays (i.e. the definition of hearsay). With the MPT, I read about six or seven MPTs, and wrote out a statement of the assignment. The statement of the assignment was my guide, and helped structure the entire MPT. I would also recommend doing a LOT of them. In addition to the six or seven where I wrote assignment statements, I also did five or six practice MPTs under timed conditions.

@@elizabethstanley2386 no worries! I think Barbri calls them Task Statements. If you go into the MPT primer videos, they should go over them. Generally, they are supposed to give you a general outline of what type of document you're writing, who you're writing it for, and what you're supposed to discuss/omit. I try to make sure that I write them in such a way so that when I am in the middle of the assignment and feel like I can't remember what I'm doing, the task statement will immediately put me back on track. To practice this, I wrote out a bunch by myself, and then went over them with my study buddy who was much better at the MPT than me. In the end, this exercise and reliance on the Task Statement helped me tremendously with writing the MPT. Here are some examples of task statements that I wrote during bar prep: Example 1 - State v. John Doe : I am tasked with writing a persuasive memorandum on behalf of our client, John Doe. Our client received psychiatric treatment from Jane Smith which helped facilitate his release from jail. The prosecution now seeks Smith's report. This memo will be submitted in support of a Motion to Quash a Subpoena, which will be viewed in camera by the judge. The prosecution will not see this memorandum. This memo must persuade the judge that the contents of a report are (1) privileged, and (2) may not be used by the prosecution in this case. Address specific confidential information, and prepare the brief according to the guidelines in the attached office memorandum. Example 2 - In Re John Doe: This is an objective memorandum for our client, John Doe, discussing (1) whether the painting is an asset of the bankruptcy estate under the Bankruptcy Act and the Franklin Commercial Code, (2) how our facts support the 4 available defenses under FCC 1-234(A). I must include additional facts that will be necessary to achieve any available defenses, where they may be available, and how to obtain them.

Analysis is the hardest part of writing. Think of it as applying the facts to the law. Its the "why" section of the essay. Why is the conclusion stated the way you stated. Just make sure your analysis and conclusion match up. So if you say that the law doesn't apply or the facts don't meet the elements, your analysis shows that too.

Barbri is great but Themis is just as good! If your school is offering it, I’d stick with it and I know plenty of people who’ve passed with it. If you’re taking July, you should start studying in mid May at the latest. I started the day after graduation. Good luck!
