Corrupt practices were prevalent during that regime, allocating could have given some way to corrupt practices, mines given under new regime by auctions gave good revenue and coal distribution is now streamlined and electricity shortage became matter of past.

But he he here defending indirectly that it's not a scam. If so y Supreme Court suspended license ? If he is right then he should reopen the case and provide the proof.
