FRBM act stands for Fiscal responsibility and Budget Management act . Im may 2016 , NK singh committee recommended these targets - 3% of GDP by march 2020 , 2.8% by 2020-21 , 2.5% by 2023.

As per FRBM committee headed by N K Singh the fiscal deficit target up to March 2020 recommended 3 %. It recommended fiscal deficit to be cut to 2.8 % in 2020-21 fiscal and to 2.5 % by FY2023.

I research a lot with my team on this issue of farmer and found one Game changer point so i want to shear it ......................... ............."Govt. should make one law for farmer .....no 'mandi' can purchase and sell below MSP (minimum support price)." ..................................................... i clarify the work of Mandi ..... in mandi every day decide base price and start boli (auction) so we want the fix base price (MSP) in every mondi.........because every industry have right to decide your price but farmer not so please help it ........

There are some quarries i'd like to make: Senior citizens have been given a number of benefits, this will certainly pressurize the economy and on the other hand corporate tax limit was increased to 250 cr that have reduced the net tax amount from this sector. Ultimate burden has fallen upon the middle class which is larget amoung indian population. Would this not reduce the spending in market and hamper the growth of economy in long term? The expenditure on govt schemes, also EPF contibutions, have been increased despite we have crossed the FD target of year. What would be the source of such huge expenditure other than borrowings and disinvestments?
