OROP benefits has reached only to 3% soldiers of lndian military forces. Rest actual 97% are still devoid of the orop, MSP, Disability pension, rank pay, fitment factors etc.

A soldier can only buit a house or provide education to his children from his total service income whereas other side a leader/all civil service personal earn everything in his life. They give their life and always perform their duty honestly for country government must approve orop so that they become socially and economically strong.

Retirement age of an armed forces officer is minimum 55 years, whereas 90% jawan retire below 40 years of age. Lowest jawan's time scale rank (ie Naik TS) is getting Rs 22,000/- per month as pension, whereas lowest time scale rank of armed forces officers (Col TS) is getting Rs 1,40,000/- per month (ie SEVEN time mote than a jawan) Is it justified?

Main reason of unrest in OROP and pay commission are huge disparities in OROP with lower Ranks.

The orop case we can say majorily solved but the ex -servicemen are not happy with the MSP - military service pay.if MSP for OR/JCO/OFFICERS is made equal then only the problem will be solved.

Government can give free mobile, laptop, cycle, and more things through his various schemes for vote then there is not financial problem but when orop issue raised by our soldiers the financial problem's devil comes. Leaders reduce their pension they are getting a large part of economics.

Best analysis👍 Pension is a burden on the economy. Agnipath scheme should also be implemented for officers so the budget could be allocated on capital expenditure.

Your suggestion on OROP Schemes are very very easy but some govt. Finance pay Agencies and Army Officers to meet their selfish agreements solved and unauthorized scales has been adopted as koshiyari report neglected. OR OP is not athenticated in 6th CPC to Officers who's service 58 years but JCOs, NCOs & ORs service age 17 to 32 yes last why so varation in service age

No one be allowed to take exams like IIT , neet or post graduation till an individual does compulsory 2 years service.less specially enable citizens . permanent absorption in Armd forces can be reduced, since all are serving for 2 years after class 12.
