If corruption level can come down then development will definitely happen in Odisha Government gives fund but the fund is not implemented in projects it goes in pockets of many. Though it's everywhere but seriously many are deprived of health care and higher education especially rural areas aren't connected well with roads with towns and cities still in Odisha . Higher education like govt engineering and medical colleges are still less for deprived students still. Employment is also an issue Competitive Exam centers is not in many districts students go to other cities like Bhubaneswar etc to give exams etc. So problems are still there and government needs to work . If Odisha wants to develop more.
